Ready made items, please allow 5-7 business days after payment process

Pre-orders are for made to order items, for a designated time window. They have a 4-8 week lead time "minimum". Some items may take longer depending on clay drying time, kiln cool time, and batching for that collection. 

Shipment

Domestic orders take an average of 3-4 days within the U.S and will mailed via USPS or UPS and come with insurance. 

International orders can take from 2 weeks to 4 weeks (some additional delayes can happen if they get stuck with customs). Shipments ship via USPS priority international mail. Comes with insurance and tracking to 55 major countries.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and is based on parcel weight.
