The SMS Curioso

A free tier for SMS notifications. If you are are terrible at checking email, do everything mostly on mobile, want to get more personal quick notifications about restocks, giveaways or sales .... missed out on snagging your favorite because you failed to look at the restock date... THEN, joining the Curioso group is the one for you! To sign up for this tier, simply head to the home page and scroll to the bottom to find the Subscribe section. You can always opt out at any time. If you are unsure if your phone is opted in, you can resubscribe to update your contact information, or contact me to make sure you are in.

Mud Bucks

Earn "Mud Bucks" for every purchase and incentives you complete. These are points you can earn redeem for cash. They can be applied to your future order. If you do not have an account yet, you should fix that!

You can earn 1 points for every dollar spent, that you can start redeeming once you reach 100 points, and apply to purchases of $70+

The Collector VIP

This is a paid tier. Spots are limited and open up a few weeks once an upcoming launch is announced. This way you have a chance to sign up and get on the wait-list for pre-sales.

 

What is the Collector Tier?

This is an exclusive VIP group for those wishing to join my SMS Collector VIP list, to notify them of any update for upcoming release, and details for pre-sales. Information for pre-sale is an exclusive insider scoop with a date and time, when my restock will be available to them, BEFORE they are open the rest of the public. Only members tagged with a VIP tag will be able to access the add to cart button for restock products during the pre-sale before the restock launch. 

Are there any other benefits?

As a VIP member, you are able to add small notes to your pre-orders on the bottom of the wares (character limits exist depending on the mug you order).

You also can purchase customization add-ons, such as put a design on a different pot style, or change the color handle or inside of the mug. Only true and tested combos are available. If you've seen the combo in my shop or socials, I can do it. Otherwise, sorry. Color glaze combinations take testing time and lots of trial and error and unfortunately I cannot offer this, for one offs.

How much is the ticket?

Currently is $10 one time fee for the current upcoming restock, non-refundable & not transferable to any other member or for another restock. Items for purchase are first come first serve, and do not offer a guarantee that you will be able to claim an item in stock.

The small fee covers administration, sms charges, and coordination of the pre-sale for all VIP members. 

If the item you wanted was out of stock, as a VIP member, you can contact me for special accommodation availability. This means if i have more supplies on hand, and or have back-ordered the raw supplies, I can fulfill an additional order. First come first serve. No other accomodations. 

How to sign up?

You must be an email subscriber. You can sign up by purchasing a VIP ticket. This can be found under the restock collection. You must have a valid number able to receive text messages.


What if I already provided my number? Am i in the VIP group already?

Short answer, NO. Long answer, this is an exclusive group that is not automatically added when you subscribe to my newsletter or the curioso group. You must opt-in in via the email subscription with phone number, and purchase a ticket. 


How to Maintain your status?

For both tiers, you must fully opt-in by confirming to the text message upon sign-up, and you can opt out at any time by replying back.


To remain in the curioso list, just do nothing at all. You can opt out via the keywork on the sms you received. To remain on the VIP list, you must purchase a ticket during open season for each upcoming restock (this is so that it can be affordable and not incurr additional unnecessary charges like monthly subscriptions). 

Is my number safe?

Yes. I personally safeguard all my customer's information, and do not misuse or sell customer's information. You will not be receiving spam from me.
