VIP Ticket

If you would like to reserve a VIP spot for the current pre-sale, you need to purchase a digital ticket. This ticket only guarantees that you will have the ability to purchase from the restock, before it goes live to the public (see disclaimer for additional info below)

As a VIP ticket holder you have the option to get limited Custom requests with a VIP add-on ticket.

VIP offers you a chance to claim and purchase my collectible ceramic art, before its open to the public. It also provides an affordable option to become part of an exclusive tier for each individual collection release, and not have to sign up for a monthly membership. The VIP ticket fee goes towards maintenance and sms fees of the program and one-on-one customer service during the VIP launch to ensure you get what you need.

Disclaimer

Ticket is a one time use, for current restock ONLY, non-refundable nor transferable to another user. Limited spots open. Subject to in-stock availability only, and does not guarantee that you will be able to grab an item. VIP customs are also available as part of this service, subject to my availability and time. customs are NOT generally a guarantee part of the program, and not all pre-sales will offer. However, if customs are closed during a pre-sale it will be noted during ticket purchase.

You must login or provide code early and purchase on time to ensure wanted items dont sell out. If item you are purchasing sells out, you can contact me for back-order options but it is not a guarantee. Failure to verify correct sms or email will result in ability to receive timely messages and updates or codes. Attempts will be made both in sms and email to send all related info. No refunds or credit will be provided.

Details

You will receive an sms notification for the pre-sale. Pre-sale details will be provided a few days before, as well as reminder when it launches, and a reminder before it closes. This is not a physical item, just a virtual attendance ticket. If you've used a valid email to check out, you will receive a purchase confirmation email and a digital download with some information about the pre-sale.
