Handmade pottery vase, glazed, and high fired in a kiln. This vase has a tall slim style with a narrow neeck, with a thick drip 2 tone theme.

This glaze has greens pink-reds and blues with a slight drip. It has cherry tree branches and skulls in various sizes throughout. Perfect to accent your home and give the much needed vibe. Leave as is or top it off with some black Irises or rose to make this vase POP!!

By placing an order you understand and agree that no two mugs will be the same; colors may vary and glaze is unpredictable thus colors will be close to the prototype as much as possible but not identical. Refund policy is still applicable.

Colors may vary depending on the screen resolution and profile and lighting when taking product photographs. Photo has been taken in natural light and no filters have been applied. Glazes appear brighter in daylight, and some are sparkly in sunlight (depending on glaze).

Care

If hand washing, do not scrub the outside bottom bare area to extend the life of the ware and design.

Do not expose your ware to thermal shocking as this cause ceramics to shatter and break. This includes placing hot liquids/food on below room temperature vessels, or ice cold liquids/food on heated vessels (like coming straight out of the hot dishwasher or placing a microwaved/oven vessels straight in the fridge or an extremely cold surface)

Handling Shipping & Customs

Processing of restock ready made items, please allow 7 business days, and 4-6 weeks minimum for pre-orders, to be sent out

Shipment timelines vary by zone (zipcode per carrier) and or country. Within the United States, its 3-5 business days (average) and up to 7 business days. Orders sent out to PO boxes take longest. 

For international shipments, Canada can take 1-2 weeks depending on which side of the coast, and all other international shipments can take between 2-4 weeks. VAT and custom fees are not covered with your order. You are responsible. 

Refunds & Replacements

All non-personalized handmade ceramics refunds will incur a 25% fee, and does not include tax or shipping. Refund will be provided once i have received the item. Shipping will be at the buyers cost.

• For faulty and unsatisfactory products, please contact me to request a refund. Faulty items, is anything that hinders the proper use of your product. Unsatisfactory is anything that you find is not accurate representation of the product you purchased. You must show clear and verbal statement outlining the issues you have with your product and a photo, within 48 hours of item delivery. Once you have been approved to return the product you have 7 days from product delivery to return back to me to either obtain a full refund or a replacement.
• For broken items a replacement will be made free of charge should insurance not cover it. A picture of broken item must be received within 48 hours of package delivery confirmation, and receipt of insurance claim filed with the shipping carrier must be sent within 7 days. Do not throw away items and save original packaging as you might need to take to a local usps for validation. Replacement will begin once claim has been filed

• For missing items, same process applies as for broken items. Should shipping carrier confirm delivery to the correct address, no exchanges or refunds will be provided. If carrier confirms item is indeed non-delivered/missing, once claim has been filed, a replacement will be provided if possible (pending stocked supplies) or store credit will be provided. No exceptions.
